RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN WINDOW

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Contact us at thebodybracee@gmail.com to request a return. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

 

EU CUSTOMERS – 30-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at thebodybracee@gmail.com.
